Ace Cutting has this saw prepped before shipping.  We try our best to adjust the carburetor to meet the location / elevation being shipped.  This assures us to see defects or problems before shipping.  Our technicians run the saw, empty the fuel and fit back into original packaging.

Cut-N-Break Method

1. Each cut can be up to 2.5" deep and 3/4" wide
   
2. Since the cutter has twin blades, a core is formed in the saw cut
3. The core can easily be broken off, using the accompanying breaking tool
4. When the core has been broken off, continue cutting until the required depth is reached, maximum 16"

The Cut-N-Break saw is a cost effective saw for cutting deep!  While it may take more time to finish your opening, the 9" diameter blades allow for much better cuts on corners.  With design for cutting, the chance of issues is dramatically reduced.  Compared to chainsawing - the Cut-N-Break is a much less expensive cutting option.  

Three different blade options for cutting.  EL10 blades designed for very hard concrete with heavy steel reinforcement.  EL35 blades for general purpose cutting for concrete, brick and block.  EL70 is a blade option for very soft materials such as brick and softer block cutting.  

This gas powered saw is rated at 5 HP - K4000 Cut N Break is rated at 2.4 HP - much faster rate of cut with gas option.  Main advantage with electric is flush cutting ability.
