Restocking Fee. (Must have return authorization) Buyer may not return any goods without Seller’s written consent. All returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge, which may change depending on product and manufacturer policy. Contact Seller to determine the exact amount. If the goods are specially ordered by the Buyer, and cannot be returned to the manufacturer, Seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods.
Used Equipment. (Must have return authorization) Once the equipment has been used the unit must be taken to an authorized service center for repair which is typically covered under warranty. Consult your product manual or the manufacturer for additional warranty information.
Non-defective merchandise. (Must have return authorization) If you decide to return an item that is not defective, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse Ace Cutting Equipment will provide a refund for a non-defective item. Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
Larger Items. (Must have return authorization) some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed in the Returns portal.
